TEAM EXTREME BEGAN BACK IN NOVEMBER 1995. We set up Holy Trinity TaeKwonDo Club with the aim to give the kids of the West Belfast area a goal. A place to come keep fit, learn self-defence, respect and confidence. Due to its huge success it became the most successful club in Ireland.
